A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the last goods.

Deviating from this, in the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a fixed period of time, the cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the first goods.

You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

You can also electronically fill in and submit the model cancellation form or another clear statement on our website https://www.floubele.com/pages/widerruf. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation without delay (e.g. by email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us.

Returns/returns of goods can exclusively be sent to the following address: Sarah Fader, Packstation 701, Reutlinger Straße 44, 72072 Tübingen, Germany.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.

General Information

  1. Please avoid damage to and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer possess the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging.

  2. Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward (unfree).

  3. Please note that the aforementioned paragraphs 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
